DEIRDRE COGHLAN MURRAY
Deirdre is a graduate of Hotel & Business Management (CIPD affiliate) with over 20 years Recruitment & Selection experience both nationally and internationally. She is the Managing Director of a leading HR Service’s company established for more than 12 years and is a former president of Newbridge Chamber.
Her experience spans both global and local organisations with exposure to Multinational Best Practice HR environments. Her Passion for helping people get the best out of themselves is contagious.
Deirdre is qualified and experienced in the use of psychometric and valumetric tools and works with individuals, teams and organisations develop awareness and maximise strengths.

MICHAEL KILCULLEN
Qualified in Business and European Languages, Michael has over 12 years experience as a Recruitment & Career Consultant. Michael has consulted and worked directly with many of Irelands most prestigious companies including working as a HR consultant within the Telecommunications and Pharmaceutical sectors.
His experience reaches across all industry sectors with people from entry level to senior management. Michael has worked on projects in the Warehousing, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Medical , Finance & Accounting, and Sales & Marketing areas.
He is experienced in the co-ordination of Graduate Trainee Programmes and Assessment Centres. Michael is also certified in the use of Psychometric and Valumetric tools.

STEPHEN FARRELL
Stephen studied Business and Behavioural Science in Carlow IT and while here, gained a huge interest in people and their behaviour. Having worked in recruitment for a number of years now, Stephen has further developed his knowledge and has incorporated Innermetrix to the recruitment process. Stephen is very people oriented and looks forward to helping you identify the talents and behaviors that make you and your team unique.

LINDA O’NEILL
Linda has over 20 years of experience in Strategic and Operational HR Management, Training and Coaching. She has held a number of senior positions in HR and Quality Management across a wide variety of industry sectors in both large and smaller organisations. Linda has implemented transformational HR improvement in a number of organisations.
Linda is CIPD qualified in Human Resource Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Linda holds an MBA, a Certificate in Training and Continuing Education with NUI Maynooth, and is also certified in TQM Assessment and ISO9000 Internal Auditing.
Linda is also an Associate Lecturer with Trinity College, lecturing in the area of HR Management.
